INGREDIENTS:
Buckwheat sourdough starter, buckwheat flour, oat flour, yellow potatoes, sunflower seeds, chickpea protein, organic turmeric, oregano, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, alkaline water, Himalayan salt. 

OPTIMAL CONSUMPTION:
Our bread contains no preservatives. Once it arrives, consume what you desire within the next 3 to 5 days. Toast the bread first for optimal flavor. 

STORAGE SUGGESTION:
Store in the refrigerator or in a cool place. Cut and freeze what you’d like to save for later. It will last in the freezer for 4 to 6 months. Toast and serve.
